关于《和》
与其说它是一部MV，我觉得更像是一部小的纪录片，记载着近三年我的生活状态：家庭、女儿、运动还有我的音乐！
过去了那么久才与你见面也许有点晚、有点懒，但是毕竟还是来了，并且只想给你一种能量！

鼓手王澜简介：
7岁学习美术，13岁开始接触摇滚乐，在JIMI HENDRIX和JAMES BROWN音乐的影响下，逐渐形成自己的手法和风格
1993年加入第一支“超载乐队”，96年发行首张专辑《超载》
1994年12月17日跟随魔岩三杰参加香港红馆演唱会。
1997年加入瘦人乐队
2000年发行首张专辑《瘦人》。同年被[百老汇]评为年度最佳鼓手并获北京音乐台颁发"年度最佳乐手"奖。
2000年5月签约美国著名的镲片公司zildjian，代理公司“通利”，成为该公司在中国的形象代言人。
同年签约美国著名鼓公司ludwig，代理公司“柏斯”成为国内的唯一形象代言人。
2001年签约美国鼓棒公司PRO-MARK，代理公司“柏斯”，成为该公司在国内的唯一形象代言人。
2002年录制瘦人乐队第二张专辑《北京梦》和超载乐队第三张专辑《生命是一次奇遇》
2004年10月转签英国著名鼓品牌 Premier，成为其在中国大陆地区唯一形象代言人。
