八位来自全国各地不同省市的学员在魔菇基地完成了长达8天的半封闭式高强度专业吉他培训，国内著名吉他音乐人、电吉他教育家汶麟、纪斌作为主讲老师给学员们带来了别致、丰富的课堂内容；著名吉他手赵卫（轮回乐队）、姚林（郑钧乐队）、效果器音箱专家曹卫国作为客座讲师联袂为学员们带来了精彩纷呈的专题讲座；著名吉他先锋人物唐朝老五作为嘉宾出席了结业典礼，为学员们颁发结业证书，并合影留念。

总之，傍晚，全体学员报道完毕，入住魔菇基地。

8月23日
上午主讲老师汶麟节为大家简单概括地介绍了此次精英班的课程安排以及自己的曲风和创作理念；下午老师纪斌为大家讲解了左右手配合的演奏技巧，并总结了八字口诀——“XXXX，XXXX”。

学员们一起长达八天的学习、生活时光转瞬即逝，但是这八天里老师们传授的知识与磨砺出的感情却是值得一生去消化的。完成首届精英班培训的八位学员，每一位的名字都会被载入魔菇音乐和吉他中国的史册，他们是魔菇音乐的元老学员，也希望他们当中会出现中国吉他界的明日之星！魔菇音乐势必打造中国吉他教育界的黄埔军校！不枉众人赐誉的“中国第一吉他教育基地”！

精英班是一个尝试，积累更多经验为了下次音乐培训，魔菇音乐将作为吉他中国的主要教育阵地，继续不定期推出这种精英班（也常常称作大师班），10月3~6日第2届将是美国吉他英雄NEIL ZAZA的“吉他英雄班”（大师班），我们将继续为全国的优秀的吉他手提供孵化器~
