DigiTech是一家创立于1984年的美国效果器公司，总部位于犹他州桑迪市，DigiTech最早致力于制作效果器踏板以及研发数字技术，一直是美国数字效果器的领军人物。

1989年DigiTech推出了大名鼎鼎的DigiTech Whammy效果器，凭借这款产品，迅速成为美国乃至世界效果器产品中独树一帜的品牌。
1990年，DigiTech被Harman集团收购，与JBL, Lexion, Soundcraft, AKG等众多音频品牌成为兄弟公司，通过融合和吸收这些品牌的专利技术，DigiTech很快在研发方面有了长足的发展和突破，之后便推出了脍炙人口的RP系列综合效果器。
