来自法国Clisson 举办的大型露天音乐节，于2006年创办，一般在6月份举行为期三天的音乐盛会。Hellfest以超豪华阵容著称，Kiss、Slayer、Iron Maiden、Guns N' Roses、Slipknot、Alice Cooper、Nightwish、Scorpions、Marilyn Manson、Motörhead等世界顶尖摇滚乐队都曾出现在Hellfest的主舞台，而如此阵容之下，每年前来朝拜的摇滚迷金属党也是数以十万计。今年的音乐节在6月17-19号在法国南特附近的Clisson，超过140支乐队从朋克、硬核、重金属到极端金属轮番上演。
正如人们以体育为由,在2016欧洲杯足球场上互扔塑料椅子一样,这种现象借由音乐和金属发生在了法国的一个地方——在位于南特(法国西部港市)附近一个风景如画的小镇举行的HELLFEST一年一度的重金属朋克音乐节! 法国Clisson这个地方虽然现代化的建筑不多，但它是个值得去的旅游城市，这里的空气非常之好，因此音乐节才选择在这个地方，你可以看完音乐节后畅游一翻！在每年的这个周末,镇上到处都充斥着黑色的T恤衫还有你将会在这里的军需用品店看到最多的迷彩裤收藏。
这个为期三天的音乐节受到全欧洲人的追捧,并且今年的阵容有Black Sabbath还有Twisted Sister在法国的最后一次演出,以及超过150个其他金属和朋克乐队.这很适合创造性命名音乐分支,像异教金属、泥浆金属、厄运金属还有一切你知道的和你不知道的,所以HELLFEST把自己定义成“欧洲极端音乐节领导者”.其它如：JOE SATRIANI、KORN、MEGADETH、OVERKILL、SLAYER、ANTHRAX、Ozzy Osbourne等等乐队也令你沸腾起来！
当然这只是HELLFEST的一小部分,你会看到最好看的烟花秀(这个烟花秀是献给Lemmy的)看到最热烈的演出,看到一堆朋克的家伙一边弹着吉他一边纹身,看到很多赤身裸体的人,看到一个叫Ghost的乐队做关于女性**的大段独白还领了个儿童合唱团出来,还会看到举着假肢跳舞的人等等,太多太多的极端。

今年是纪念Lemmy的主题，第二天还放了好久的烟花纪念他（Motorhead灵魂人物Lemmy在今年1月去逝！）
