对此，本公司严正声明：
1、圣马可乐器大连有限公司为【圣马可】乐器商标持有者！
2、以Gospel吉他冒充圣马可乐器官方网站销售者，宣传者必须立即停止一切侵权行为和非法活动；本公司以上报司法机关依法追究不法分子的法律责任和经济赔偿；
3：购买圣马可吉他，请认准ST.MARK’S商标
4：圣马可吉他LOGO英文为：ST.MARK’S
5：圣马可吉他图形LOGO为：狮子与羊
6：圣马可乐器官方网站域名为：http://www.stmarks.cn
