上百超多高清图回顾弘力乐器2017加拿大Godin吉他工厂行

加拿大时间6月11日～17日，国内著名乐器代理商弘力乐器组织其优秀经销商应Godin邀请，参观位于加拿大蒙特利尔的Godin和Seagull吉他工厂！吉他中国作为战略合作媒体应邀同行参观报道！

虽然参观已经过去近半个月，但参观时的情境历历在目，感受一直留在心中。下面让我们用专业相机将近150张精彩组图，回顾这次异国吉他之旅！

Robert Godin 1972年创建了第一间Godin工厂，直至今日Godin家族旗下品牌无数，6家工厂外加好几个林场，一生心血只为创造出更好的产品。而且今天由他亲自带队参观，并讲解，特别认真，每个细节，每个步骤，都耐心呈现。参观6个工厂用了3~4天时间，所以整个参观活动安排的非常好，所以感谢下面这位领导：

GODIN 吉他为每一个型号桶形量身定制内部音梁结构，横向音梁上为了辅助共振效果甚至会根据不同的型号在音梁中间穿插特制的金属棒。。这些吉他偏执狂还在不断研发新的技术，只为了更好的音色体验！

‪加拿大Godin工厂‬最基础部分：做吉他最基础是什么？当然是木材储备了！Godin的木材储备惊人！每个工厂都有储备，干燥间！一个细节：每年木材供应商大会都会为顶级木材举行竞拍！老先生刚刚拍得了15万加币大概80万人民币的一块顶级相思木！他有个专门的木料收藏室，这里的木材都是宝中宝，你能感受到他对好木料的喜悦，它们不只是木材，都是有声音的！我们戏称：你有一个木材银行，你有一堆木黄金！！‬

‪加拿大Godin工厂‬科技部分：抛光机器人和喷漆机器人，抛光可以一次进行6把，一轮～机器人自动查找，放置，正反面抛光，放回原位。喷漆是流水线的感觉，正面反面侧面，面面俱到，高科技保证出来的每把吉他都油光锃亮，无比细腻！这种机器还有很多，最终也是工具而已，将人工的工作可以量化的，以及影响健康的部分交给机器解决，人最后加工，事半功倍！‬

‪加拿大Godin工厂8成以上都是女性员工，8成以上都45岁以上，工作年龄20年以上常见，甚至30年的，要知道工厂历史不过40多年，然后有的三代人在这里工作过。人才储备要比它的木材储备才更惊人。这也是品牌的核心价值之一。工作环境并不比国内一些工厂好太多，但人人都有创作的感觉，而且很多人各种工作都可以胜任，就不那么单调了。另外，无论男女，都有纹身，大概也是文化的一种！还有，大妈们都很胖很有力量～‬‬

‪加拿大Godin吉他工厂，不谈机器人抛光机器人喷漆等高科技，基础工业模具的开发才惊人，专门有一个车间从事开发制造，而且也拥有几十年历史！工厂所有的模具，工具都自己设计生产的，已经参观了4个工厂，随处可见各种模具和自己研发的工具，大量工作流程的模具化，量化，确保了产品的质量，也减小了产品之间的差异。能给机器系统化处理的一定给机器，艺术，留给人类！～‬‬

在加拿大的最后一天，我们来到了Godin吉他家族的总部探访。在这座处处充满着音乐气息的建筑物里，我们再一次见到了Godin 吉他创始人 Robert Godin 先生，他亲自向我们介绍了不少Godin家族的新产品，包括即将上市，独一无二的钢弦电箱尤克里里，应用了最新技术与材料，装载发烧拾音器的最新单缺角 Custom Shop电吉他SUMMIT.通过我们亲身试用，确实个个不同凡响! 2017 - Godin 之年!
