本帖最后由 greatwallmusic 于 2017-7-28 11:20 编辑本期“集邮”系列来自南非的摇滚乐队Seether，Seether的音乐风格深受美国Grunge（垃圾摇滚）乐队如Nirvana和Alice in Chains的影响。 Allmusic的Stephen Thomas Erlewine评论道：“Seether的主唱、词曲作者Shaun Morgan是Kurt Cobain不折不扣的崇拜者，Seether以Nirvana的声音为模板进行创作。”同时，Seether也受到Deftonesh和美国工业摇滚乐队Nine Inch Nails的影响。

关于Seether

Seether是来自南非的摇滚乐队，于1999年5月在比勒陀利亚成立。乐队的原名是Saron Gas，直到2002年，乐队搬去美国后改名为Seether。
Seether当前的成员包括主唱、吉他手Shaun Morgan，贝司手Dale Stewart和鼓手John Humphrey。
《Disclaimer》是乐队的首张原创专辑。2002年他们凭借单曲《Fine Again》获得广泛的关注，并且于2004年凭借单曲《Broken》在Billboard Hot 100排行榜上位列第20位。在这之后，继续以单曲《Remedy》、《Fake It》、《Country Song》、《Words as Weapons》和《Let You Down》登顶Billboard热门主流单曲排行榜的首位。
