由安徽省音乐家协会、安徽省黄山市文学艺术界联合会为指导单位，安徽省音协吉他专业委员会、大连圣保罗乐器有限公司，安徽省黄山市华律音乐文化有限公司等共同举办的黄山吉他艺术节暨安徽省第六届吉他大赛于2018年8月8日在黄山圆满落幕。
大赛宗旨：“不忘初心、牢记使命，坚定文化自信”，“不忘本来，吸收外来，面向未来”。普及吉他艺术，推广吉他文化，提高对吉他音乐的兴趣爱好和专业技术水平。
艺术节由比赛、音乐会、大师班讲座等系列活动组成，丰富多彩，吸引了来自全省乃至全国近400位选手参加，邀请了国内130多位吉他教育名家，以及美国吉他演奏家MAK Grgic。
