魔菇音乐2018年度颁奖礼暨第14期全国师资培训大会12月20日于北京黄河京都会议中心继续盛大举行！来自全国各地百余分部负责人、老师云集北京，进行学习、颁奖典礼以及交流！
上午9:00开始，由吉他中国创始人、魔菇音乐掌门人姜总进行2018魔菇音乐工作报告、以及吉他中国历史、魔菇缘起、魔菇音乐体系、魔菇教育的方方面面、林林总总！整个演讲持续到12点30！姜总感慨这是魔菇成立以来最长的一次演讲！干货满满，受益非浅！对来培训的管理者、老师进行了一轮头脑风暴！没有华丽的口号，没有不切实际的夸夸其谈。踏实做事、与人为善、兢兢业业发展教育，传达魔菇精神！
几乎没有休息，所有老师 负责人 工作人员几口便饭，进行了中国乐器协会授权的的“社会音乐教师专业技能培训”考核！由魔菇主讲教师马海宾 杜帅为参加培训的老师进行了考核！通过率100%！ 也佐证了魔菇音乐都是有职业乐手或者热爱吉他的乐手来参加的！只需要引导大家的教学理念、经营思维！魔菇音乐必将为乐手的事业，如虎添翼！
最后进行了“吉他中国2019吉他春晚”的录制，也让参加培训的负责人、老师第一距离亲密接触魔菇音乐的各个顾问，领略演奏家的现场魅力！汶麟（子曰乐队），羊力（天堂乐队/杨扶摇），姚林（郑钧乐队），马海宾，宋杨（液氧罐头乐队），杜帅，李宝，康康，杜奇聪，吴琳，韩火火等参加了录制和现场演奏，风格多样，精彩分层！老师们大饱眼福耳福！
春晚录制间隙，各位嘉宾也不断与魔菇各分部老师合影留念，其乐融融！
