有人在youtube上说了是玻利维亚的Adrian Patiño作的曲Qhunuskiwa.
Qhunuskiwa是南美古代土著Aymara的土著语, Aymara现在大约有一百六十多万人.翻译过来是"Nevando está". 谁再帮忙意译成英文或中文?

"This is a bolivian composition by Adrian Patiño, Qhunuskiwa is Aymara for "Nevando está" (roughly translated). It is no "carnavalito" but was originally meant to be arranged to a fox-trot-ish rythm. I doubt this has anything to do with Argentina, other than a probable late performance of the piece, which has even been covered in rock format.
Anyway it ain't such a mesmerizing performance either, but truth be told, this is a bolivian classic."
