Axe-FX with Fender CyberTwin Midi Foot Controller
I'm working on setting up my Axe-FX to work with my Fender CyberTwin Midi Foot Controller. For a picture of the controller, click here.

I've identified 5 external CC numbers using the "Learn" method on the Axe-FX.
External 1 = 32 (Preset changers 0 thru 9 always sends CC 32 - Values 0 thru 127)
External 2 = 11 (Continuous Controller Pedal 1 sends CC 11 - Values 0 thru 127)
External 3 = 7 (Continuous Controller Pedal 2 sends CC 7 - Values 0 thru 127)
External 4 = 119 (Tap Tempo/Tuner sends CC 119 - Values 0 or 1)
External 5 = 85 (Effects On sends CC 85 - Values 0 or 1)
Am I doing that correctly?
I'm able to setup Axe-FX Global Effects Bypass to use CC 85 and the Tap Tempo to use 119 and they work perfectly.
Where I'm running into trouble is how to get 0 thru 9 to do anything but send preset change commands on CC 32. For instance, how can I get my Axe-FX to use presets 120 - 124 to control the looper. Rec/Play/Stack/etc. Do I have to use Midi Mapping or something? |
