Electric guitars:
* Epiphone Supernova - This guitar model was designed by Noel along with Epiphone. At Maine Road in 1996 Gallagher used an Epiphone Sheraton in a union jack paint job matching the design of his signature model.
* Epiphone Riviera - Gallagher has several in different finishes.
* Epiphone Sheraton - Gallager owns several, at least one of which has the Union Jack graphics matching his Supernova model.
* Fender Telecaster - Gallagher uses several including one with pink paisley graphics.
* Rickenbacker 330 - Gallagher owns several including one previously was owned by Paul Weller.
* Epiphone Les Paul - This was Gallagher's main guitar in Oasis' early days as seen in the UK promotional video for Supersonic
* Gibson Les Paul - Gallager owns several different Les Paul models in different finishes, including one previously owned by Pete Townshend.
* Gibson Silver Florentine - Semi-hollow version of the Les Paul. This guitar is no longer in his possession and was recently sold on eBay.
* Gibson Firebird - Fitted with Bill Puplett Custom pickups. Gallagher can be seen with a reverse-Firebird in the Cigarettes and Alcohol video.
* Gibson ES-355 - Since 2002 this model has been Gallagher's main guitar for the majority of live performances.
* Epiphone Casino
* Fender Telecaster - Given to him by Johnny Depp for his 30th birthday.
* Fender Jaguar
* Gibson ES-345
* Gibson Trini Lopez Standard as seen in the promotional video and live performances of The Hindu Times.
* Gibson Flying V Used for a short time around 1997-98, can be seen in the promotional video for D'You Know What I Mean?

Gallagher uses an assortment of amplifiers. His main amplifier has been a 100 watt Marshall. He has also made use of a Clark Beaufort, a Clark Tyger as well as a Fender Bandmaster and a Fender Princeton.
