Korg ToneWorks 301dl Dynamic Echo
Performance
Excellent. Easy to use with tons of features, plus you can save two preset delay programs on it, which is why I bought this and not the Danelectro echo (even though the Dano looks a lot cooler). There are 8 editable features on this echo. Here they are: TIME (echo time), FEEDBACK (how long echos last), HIDAMP (dampens high tones with each successive echo), LEVEL (volume level of echos), PREDELAY (can be used to alter time of first echo, so that it’s different from the rest of the echos), HI-FI/LO-FI (Hi-fi is digital sounding delay, Lo-Fi is analog sounding delay), LODAMP (dampens low tones with each successive echo), DUCKING (using this makes it so that echos don’t appear until you stop playing).

Sound Quality
Excellente, senior. Any kind or sound of echo you want, it can be found in this box. I also have a lot of fun making creepy noises by scraping the strings on my guitar and fiddling with the delay time knob, keeping the feedback on maximum. Great for U2, Pink Floyd, Echo & The Bunnymen, The Police, and any echo requirements that you may have. Use it for psychodelic soloing, thickening up a rhythm part, palm muted rhythm stuff, slapback echo, and whatever else you can think of.

Construction
Pretty solidly built. Metal housing, thin metal, but metal. Built just like the Korg Toneworks 411fx. Don’t drop it too much and you should be fine. It’s not as solid as the Danelectro echo, but it’s more versatile.
