我事先说明，我不是有意捣乱。
我喜欢从多方面地看待事情，因此我虽然话少，但每句话都是经过研究后才说的，至少是在网络上搜索过才发表的。我特意去查了一下Feeling Guitars infringement （飞灵吉他侵权）在google上，可能因为年代久远，搜索页到第7页都没有和其有关的信息。只看到2007年Harmony Central上对Feeling ST250的评价分数很高。然而我无意中看到Alibaba Trade Forums里的一篇帖子，地址如下：

Back in May 2007 I started looking for suppliers for a new business venture in the UK
One of the Chinese Companies was a Gold Member with a Trust Pass
We took trade references of them and it all looked good when checked out.
We paid for the samples and the company said they had shipped the goods but they never arrived.
We had to employ a translation service as the company would not reply to emails.
Finally the company supplied an EMS shipping docket that was virtually unreadable but I traced the tracking number via Royal Mail UK and discovered the goods had been sent to the wrong customer.
My supplier would not give me this customers address so I could collect the goods (if they were indeed my goods as I suspect otherwise)
My supplier promised to resend the goods but has not and will neither speak to my translators or answer emails so I think I have been a victim of fraud and I am $2000.00 out of pocket.
What methods of recourse are open to me , would the Chinese Trade and Industry department be interested in this case ?
I know it is not a large amount but it is to my small company.
My supplier was China Feeling Guitars and their representative is Winnie Xi
