《迷墙》专辑音色全面植入，Eventide 2012年产品升级通告



EVENTIDE在80年代便成为了数字效果器中的先锋，它以其强大的处理功能、所向披靡的Harmonizer效果成为了那个时代最前沿吉他大师们的必备。

进入新千年后，EVENTIDE在未妥协更改其音色品质的同时，把原先的机架产品进行单块化，并取得了极大的成功。其中周边类产品（外观为绿色）Mod Factor中的合唱效果成为了《Guitar Player》杂志中评选的“有史以来最动听的合唱”；他最著名的Harmonizer类效果器（外观为红色）的单块版本Pitch Factor成为了单块迷们的必备；追逐太空音效及空间生效的最新效果器（外观为黑色）Space已经推出也毫不例外的获得了所有器材评测类的大奖。

但市场认知度最高的EVENTIDE产品是Time Factor（外观为蓝色），基本上成为了顶级乐手的必备，它综合了数十种延时类音色，可调范围极大，并且可用外接的表情踏板继续拓展其音色的变化。目前国内最为熟知的英国技巧怪兽Guthrie Govan及以超级技巧加重金属著称的Andy James均是Time Factor的忠实用户。



升级一：
顶级延时效果器Time Factor植入《The Wall》10种预设音色！

摇滚乐中最伟大的篇章《The Wall（迷墙）》是Pink Floyd乐队80年的经典作品，专辑中经典片段数不胜数。吉他手David Gilmour在专辑中的表现尽显大师风范，但由于他当年使用的延迟效果器过于庞大，且种类过于繁杂，以至于想用一块或几块效果器去模拟他在专辑中所有的延迟声音变成了不可能的任务。

2009年，前Pink Floyd乐队的灵魂人物Roger Waters宣布进行全球《The Wall》的巡演，并将继续沿用前次巡演的吉他手Dave Kilminster。Dave又一次成为了吉他手们的目光焦点。

如何用一块延时效果器去复制所有《迷墙》中的经典延迟，这是个挑战。但经过了2年的巡演，Dave征服了所有David Gilmour挑剔的乐迷们。他用Time Factor挑战了所有挑剔的耳朵。现在他毫无保留地把这些参数奉献出来，和所有的Eventide用户共享。

谁想拥有《The Wall》中所有的延迟音色？谁不想？！

46:1 ThinIce
'The Thin Ice' delay for the end solo... pretty subtle, but less is more when you're playing stadiums!!
46:2 AnothrBrick1
'Another Brick In The Wall, part 1' - this is what I use for all those classic clean delayed parts heard on the album.
47:1 EmptySpace
'Empty Spaces' - I tried to get a spacious reverb for the melody in this tune, and this was pretty close...
47:2 DontLeaveMe
'Don't Leave Me Now' - I use this setting for the clean 'Hank Marvin' chords heard at the end.
48:1 LastFewBricks1
'Last Few Bricks?' - This is the piece added to the live set to make it a little longer… this is the delay I use on the chord
stabs.
48:2 LastFewBricks2
'Last Few Bricks?' - This section reprises the 'Don't Leave Me Now' chord pattern, where I'm playing some diads and then
hitting the tremolo arm so that it sounds like a broken spring or a sick parrot!!!
49:1 ComfNumbVerse
'Comfortably Numb' - This is the delay I use for the crying volume swells heard during the first verse.
49:2 ComfNumbSolo
'Comfortably Numb' - this is the solo delay setting that I use... again very subtle, but it's a 12 piece band so I try to keep
everything as clean as possible to ensure the notes I'm playing are very clear.
50:1 RunRunRun
'Run Like Hell' delay - add flange for maximum authenticity!! [Eventide ModFactor Factory Preset 4:2 works nicely!]
50:2 Worms
'Waiting For The Worms' - I use this for the Holdsworth-style volume fades heard during the outro of the song.


升级二：
混响类效果器Space增添一种全新音色——Freeze，在此功能下吉他手可“冻结”住混响的某一状态，并在此音色下继续演奏其他音符。




升级三：
Modfactor和Pitchfactor均有新的音色模块可供更新！



如何升级：

1.上以下网站http://www.eventide.com/home/eventide/user/register.aspx进行注册，请用经常使用的邮箱，确保能收到邮件。（输入如下几项即可）

输入用户名
邮件地址
确认邮件地址
姓
名

2.你会收到一封邮件，里面有用户名和密码，邮件里就有Login（登录）用的网址，点击进入。

3.注册你的产品，在Product里面选最后面的Timefactor Stompbox；Serial Number里把产品背面贴的纸条上的序号抄写上（Time Factor一般为：TF-xxxxx）。

4.先下载(V1.6.1 Build 14)安装在你的电脑上

5.用USB线接上你的Timefactor，效果器接上电源

6.选择System Version 3.5.0[4]，输入用户名、密码进行安装（联网）

7.安装成功
