This TPP Jimmy Page "No. 2" Tribute Les Paul Deluxe Special Edition V.2 has been crafted using a heavily modified Epiphone Special Edition 59' Honeyburst Les Paul featuring a custom modified 'Open Book' style headstock design, Grover Machineheads and re-issue Gibson headstock logos - to emulate the original guitar (the original Epiphone serial number is retained on the headstock reverse for authentication purposes). The guitar, dubbed 'version 2' due to its pickup arrangement, features a Seymour Duncan humbucker in the neck position and a Dimarzio humbucker in the bridge position (rather than the dual Seymour Duncan layout most often seen on the guitar) that can be manipulated by no less than a four push / pull control pots and dual push / push micro selector switches mounted beneath the scratchplate - giving you the full Jimmy Page wiring loom and access to an incredible array of tonal variations and unique sounds. Jimmy was well known for his constant experimentation with new pickups and this 'version 2' edition incorporates the classic cream Dimarzio humbucker in the bridge that was often seen during tours with Led Zeppelin. Once you have come to terms with the sheer magnitude of this guitar's vocabulary, it's time to soak in the looks... the beautiful 59' honeyburst finish has been beautifully aged and relic-ed to the exact Jimmy Page spec, featuring 'lacquer splitting' and all those little dents and chips recieved after a lifetime of play.
