Busy Canadian music producer, sound engineer with some well known successful clients in Beijing and North American needs assistant. We have a custom sound studio, record label and artist management company registerred in China

Looking for a female Chinese personal assistant with the following:
- fluent reading and writing Chinese
- local to China, ie: grew up here
- Passion for a career in music industry
- Experience working with a foreign company in China
- very social and outgoing, people person
- hard working and dedicated, organized and reliable
- skilled in a number of different areas, from using online websites to administration work
- experience and knowledge with English and Chinese social networking websites
- Must be available to start work soon
- Attitude and a flexible schedule, availability on short notice are important!

Kind of duties you would be doing:
- phone calls, emails, web orders, errands
- attending meetings, dinners, studio recording sessions, making phone calls as Chinese to English translator
- sales, promotion and marketing for the company
- completing company paperwork, documents in Chinese and English
- serving clients and assisting them, negotiation
- doing research in Chinese
- translating documents
- assisting in daily administrative duties

Salary is 5000 per month, with increase after 3 month probation, regular increases, bonuses
