D’Addario Shanghai Trading Company is looking for a China Sales Specialist who will be working in Shanghai. He/She will need to have related working experiences in the Musical instruments business, preferably with no less than five years’ experience. Strong communication skills and execution ability required. This person will work on D’Addario B2B and B2C projects on a regular basis; operating and managing wholesales business while maintaining relationship with dealers. The China Sales Specialist will also need to interact and oversee 3rd party logistics (3PL) company, insuring that D’Addario Shanghai Trading Company customers receive the highest level of service. This person will be responsible for 3PL trainings to online sales person, customer service representative, etc., and will be responsible for communications with D’Addario’s headquarters in New York in a clear and timely manner. Specific job description, including but not limited to:
Insure the maintenance of B2B customer records.
Oversee and participate in the solicitation of B2B business.
Oversee and participate in the processing of B2B orders.
Oversee customer service for D’Addario products such as order changes, exchanges and returns, etc.
Oversee communications with dealers including the securing of proper Fapiao.
Provide technical support and after sale service to dealers.
Facilitate the communication of required information with D’Addario corporate headquarters in New York, USA.
Work with 3PL and contracted marketing agency, making sure that activities are being completed as discussed, within approved budgets and agreed upon timelines.
Provide proper product training to dealers and 3rd party service providers such as 3PL and marketing agency.
Work closely with Chinese Market Development Manager. |
