tried guitarcenter, musiciansfriend.com and other online stores?
they have "same as cash" option for some models if you are their cardholder. That's a great deal! you do not need to pay until near the end of the 1st year or after several months.
and they have discount and second-hand guitars (in good status) from time to time.
in case you haven't noticed it yet, guitarcenter has a "green tag" discount weekend this Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Find one store near your place and I guess you won't miss some good deals. They said some big discount is as high as 60%, 70% or even more. I'll go if I have money:-((((((((((
and usu. your teacher must have a special channel to obtain good but cheap guitars:-)

Thanks a lot for your info.
I know guitarcenter is great. It's CEO is super rich.
Unfortunately, I almost don't have time to touch guitar anymore and I don't have any instructer here. So, I have no need (& no $$$$) to think about buying guitar stuff.
Although, I will check guitarcenter.com this weekend.
Thanks again.
