2016年10月13日下午1时，瑞典文学院将2016年度诺贝尔文学奖颁给了75岁的美国音乐家、诗人鲍勃·迪伦，以表彰其“在伟大的美国歌曲传统中开创了新的诗性表达＂。而迪伦获奖的“文学作品”正是《答案在风中飘》那诗一样的歌词。
