Faerie's Aire and Death Waltz
Faerie’s Aire And Death Waltz (from “A Tribute To Zdenko G. Fibich”) is a satirical musical composition, copyrighted in 1991, by composer John Stump. The piece is noted for being purposefully unplayable and filled with jokes. According to the piece itself, it is “based on a Cro-Magnon skinning chant”.

The music itself was arranged to be completely impossible to play, including such things as: ridiculous time signatures (for example, 66/66 and 6/1); several whole notes clumped into such shapes as a hexagon and a triangle; and many ridiculous musical directions such as “Cool timpani with small fan”, “Release the Penguins!” and “Remove Cattle from stage”.
