In the beginning he had a Electro-Harmonix POG on his pedalboard but removed it later...
(AOL Sessions 2006) He also removed the Big Muff and replaced it with a Fender fOXX Fuzz Wah Volume. But not for a long time... He finally added a Electro-Harmonix English Muffin (1) to his pedalboard.

As you can see he also used a DigiTech Whammy (2) in this time but he removed it very quickly...
The last thing he did to his pedals during Stadium Arcadium tour was removing one DigiTech PDS 1002 and adding a BOSS DM-2 Analog Delay
