If you're not using anything in the effect loop (and most folks don't), dirty Effect Send and Return jacks might be the cause of your problem... even if you don't use them, the signal always passes through.  So if the switching contacts (like the input of a pedal, where the battery begins to drain as soon as you plug in) oxidize (possibly from a humid environment, or the long ocean voyage), there will be an interruption of the signal.

You can check whether this is the cause of your cut-outs by running a short guitar cable from the Effect Send right back into the Effect Return (a sort of "jumper") to open the jacks (sending the preamp signal out via the "service road", and then "back onto the highway" to the power section).  If the amp sounds fine that way you'll know you only need to spray a little bit of DeOxit or similar electronic component contact cleaner in the jacks and then vigorously jam a 1/4" cable plug in and out 15 or 20 times.  That usually does the trick.
And since the Headphone and Speaker Outputs (which come between the power section and speaker) have been exposed to the same environmental factors, it would be a good idea to clean those, too.

The reverb problem may be the result of broken contacts in the reverb tank.  The way to troubleshoot this is to disconnect the red (output) plug and with the Reverb knob turned up, touch the plug with your fingertip (don't worry... you won't get shocked).  If you hear the same type of buzz you get when touching an "open" guitar cable plug, at least you'll know there's no problem with the actual circuitry in the amp's chassis.
You can look inside the tank to see if there's an obvious break (sometimes the connector just needs to be re-attached), but if it's a hazy mystery you might just be better off purchasing a new tank locally (or see if Tom Lee Music can offer a replacement).  It's Accutronics part # 009-EB1C1B
