刚才又看到了这段~
There are vintage Stellas & vintage Stellas: the ones that the early bluesmen apparently used (House, Blake, etc) were made by Oscar Schmidt(?) & were of superior quality, so therefore would fetch more than the prices you suggest; post WW2 Stellas made by Harmony were cheaper-made, dont sound as rich, & so sell for less (tho they have their own vibe, which many like). The mighty Mr Patton would surely have sounded way different on a Harmony!
看来真要好好研究下Stella的历史再下手了
昨天研究了一个通宵的Stella,发现竟然没有研究透,哈哈,丢人丢大了
看来那些6-70年代的Stella不能买了,虽然品相好,还是要找40年以前的~
PS:ebay上有把1912年的,3年前刚大修了一次,但现在又到处是裂口子,既然harmony出的Stella不行,我决定死守ebay了,直到一把真正可以弹的Oscar Schmidt的Stella出现。
