记录: 运用你的幻想巡演的第一场！在 RightNext Door To Hell 开始的时候， Matt打成了 Mr. Brownstone 的鼓点！ 在表演完 Mr. Brownstone 后，Axl说 "在这个破地方来开始这次巡演，既然我也是个中西部来的乡巴佬，所以……这首歌是我们写 Mr.Brownstone 之前许久就写好的。主题差不多，这首歌叫 Bad Obsession 。" 在演奏 Double Talkin' Jive 之前，Axl告诉观众自己怎么伤到脚然后医生如何帮助了他。Axl在唱 Knockin' On Heaven's Door 时大喊了一声"我操"。在这首歌中间他还告诉观众们说他们比里约热内卢的14万观众声音还要大！

记录: 枪花重返里约，在1月15日凌晨1点40分登上舞台。演出开始前有一段动画介绍，同拉斯维加斯那场(01年1月1日)一样。演奏 It's So Easy 时，Axl把一名歌迷轰出了演唱会，那人显然是穿了一件GN'R=SLASH的T恤来嘲弄Axl。在演奏完 Mr.Brownstone 后，Axl通过翻译告诉观众说，许多歌迷因为见不到原来的队员们而感到失望。他说有人认为"原来的队员们的努力让他今天得以站在这里"，他说去他妈的。他告诉观众说，他很受伤，而且不像Oasis，Axl和其他队员就是无法和平相处。然后他介绍了乐队成员，并且针对Paul Tobias发表了一番讲话，说如果没有Paul就没有枪花。Think About You 演奏完毕后，Axl介绍了Brain，以此开始了 You Could Be Mine。在 You Could Be Mine 之后，Axl介绍了Robin，之后他说了几句葡萄牙语并且弹了一段吉他独奏。在表演 Knockin' On Heaven's Door 之前，Axl说这是个新乐队所以他们想把这首歌重新演绎成更贴近原版的版本。不像维加斯的那场演出， Knockin' On Heaven's Door 的结尾部分被加长，这样就能与观众呼应。Axl将 Madagascar 送给巴西的歌迷，他还在这首歌里弹了电吉他。在 Madagascar 之后，Axl把Buckethead介绍给观众，他为观众演奏了自己Colma专辑里的歌曲 Big Sur Moon 。Axl在 Rocket Queen 演奏间隙介绍Paul来弹独奏。Rocket Queen 演奏完毕后，Axl说他们之前只演过一场，就已经因为演奏老歌而被批评。他说演奏老歌的原因之一就是让观众知道这个新乐队也能把老歌弹的相当好。他之后从Buckethead开始介绍了乐队成员。在 Chinese Democracy 演奏完毕后，Buckethead弹了一首西部乡村风格曲子，之后又弹奏了一首纯乐器曲。Axl介绍 Patience 时说 "你们应该知道这首歌！" Patience 表演完毕后，Axl告诉观众他原来也上网，但他觉得因特网只是个垃圾桶。所以他也不再看上面写的垃圾。他还提了几个在网上发资源的阿根廷歌迷的名字！在表演 Silkworm 之前，Axl告诉观众这首歌是Dizzy Reed和Chris Pittman创作的。在表演 Paradise City 之前，一个巴西的桑巴学校上台表演了几分钟。在 Paradise City 表演完之后，Axl告诉观众他一直受一个巴西家庭的照顾，尤其是他的助理Beta和她的三个孩子。他说她就像是个母亲兼经纪人，而且她也乐于帮助乐队的其他人。Beta同样也是当晚的翻译。Axl之后告诉观众乐队会 "在明年夏天带着一大把新歌回来！" 乐队的试音时间是14号下午12点30分到2点30分。

记录:2月8日在加州比弗利山庄举行的罗迪欧时尚大道为范思哲(Versace)举办的引介典礼上，枪花表演了两首歌曲。由于贝斯手Tommy Stinson无法出席演出，乐队的键盘手Chris Pittman临时顶替，表演了 Knockin' On Heaven's Door 和 Sweet Child O' Mine 两首歌曲结束当晚的典礼。在2月6日的Jimmy Kimmel Live电视节目上范思哲提到了枪花要演出的消息，并称Axl Rose是个 "文雅的人，并热爱时尚" 。Axl据说一直在晚会现场待到了第二天凌晨。前Skid Row主唱Sebastian Bach是当晚Rose的客人之一。
